The Journey of the Music

Today’s Show came about from a total “Decide to Live” experience. I was absolutely following my intuition and making conscious choice.

I had awakened the other day a few weeks ago with firm resolve to do several little tasks that had been on my mind. Well, these tasks were quickly pushed aside, when my good friend, Scott Horton, called me early in the morning and suggested that I attend a workshop that he had read was taking place not far from my home. Now the “old me” would have immediately put up the long list of considerations or to-do’s but no – I totally got it that this was what I should be doing and poof off I went in that totally opposite direction. And am I glad that I did? You Bet I am!!!!

So I would say this. Anytime you are feeling that what you are about to do is rather a drag and really tasky, just be open to the fact that something else may just show up and obviate the reason to do it.

I must add, of course, that that pesky little task oriented day that I had set aside to do, was faced in a much better light having just experienced it’s replacement. Those tasks went like a breeze and gave me a whole new understanding of what they mean to me.

I am very excited about today’s show! All about music or words and sound and how they affect our lives. My special guest who will be coming on later in the show is Steven Truitt. Steven is a Mental Health and Addiction Paraprofessional and a certified Associate Counselor and Nationally Certified Forensic Counselor. Our conversation will be involving music and sound vibration and it’s connection to the healing elements in his practice and also his personal commitment to this process. This interview was a wonderful experience for me and I strongly recommend that you listen in as you will hear some wonderful insights by this truly, beautiful, being, Steven Truitt.

Although Steven was with me in the studio, for some of my interviews on this program, where my guest is not in the studio, I am using the Skype process and connecting to people all over the world. What a wonderful world we live in. It is getting smaller and smaller.
